Mechanical Design Engineer
Mechanical Design Engineer (Copley OH) Design and optimization of mechanical components, Develop and test prototypes
of devices and Provide Engineering Consultancy. Develops manufacturing drawings using Mechanical Design Tools Viz.,
CATIA, SOLID WORKS, Unigraphics, etc. Overall project monitor, Support, and Interaction with customers.
Education and Experience
Must have Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field of study(preferred), Must have knowledge of Catia V5, Solidworks, Unigraphics-NX, Pro-E, CREO, Auto-CAD, Hypermesh, and LSDyna.

Position 2. Mechanical Design Engineer :
7-8 members with some of following few skill sets
i. Candidates with 3 years experience in product design in Machine Design, Industrial products, domain Capable of developing concepts for the new products.
ii. Good knowledge of Mechanical design tools like solid works, Pro-E, Unigraphics, Catia, PLM Tools (Enovia/Teamcenter/3dExperience).
iii. Capable of making detailed design of parts, assembly and checking for DFM. Knowledge of manufacturing process, GD & T and Quality checking.
iv. Design and development and Value Engineering (VAVE) in Terms of Weight & Cost Reduction of various parts Parts like Front frame, Side sill, Bulkhead, Cross member, and long member, etc for formability
v. Release drawing to manufacturing and create EBOM (Engineering Bill of Materials)
vi. Conceptualize various Body in Weight (BIW) sheet metal as well as Plastic parts based on strength requirements, layout constraints
vii. Understanding the overall process for project execution & review the overall project phase.
viii. To confer with Engineering, productions and with others, to establish ad evaluate the design concepts for manufactured products, co-ordinate the look and function of product lines, design graphic material for use as parts on manufactured materials and packaging or containers.
ix. Coordinates the fabrications of computer assisted drafting models or samples and the drafting of working drawings and specifications sheets from client requirements, modify and redesign the drawings using working models, to conform with customer specifications, productions limitations or changes in the design, prepare sketches of ideas, detailed drawings, illustrations, artwork. And or blueprints using drafting instruments, paints and brushes, or computer-aided design equipment, present designs and reports to customers or design committees for approval and discuss to need for modifications.
x. Design and optimization of mechanical components, Develop and test prototypes of devices and Provide Engineering Consultancy.
xi. Design and development of various Thermal system, viz Cabin HVAC, Power Electronics, etc
xii. Initial Packaging, Initial CAD Data package for supplier sourcing
xiii. Design interface during the testing and validation; support design changes, packaging, supplier sourcing process, as requested
xiv. Design interface for Final Release for Start of Production (SOP); support design changes requested
xv. Support all Design Reviews throughout the entire program
xvi. Provide CAD support and overall project monitor Interaction with customer on requirements.
xvii. Oversee the manufacturing process for the products
xviii. Prepare and create process flow diagrams, Process and instrumentation Diagrams
xix. Offshore coordination for supporting Daily Engineering activities to ensure to meet production at offshore plants engineering meets the industry operations and regulation requirements.
xx. Solve technical production problems and difficulties, trouble shooting and process optimizations
xxi. Develops manufacturing drawings in accordance with applicable standards using Mechanical Design Tools Viz., CATIA, CAD/CAM, PRO-E, SOLID WORKS, NX/Unigraphics, Teamcenter, PLM & Engineering Change management tool.
xxii. Experience in Strategic planning, Handling teams and Project from concept to delivery to realize the project objectives., Monitoring and Delivering the Work, Resource estimates; Utilizing resources across projects, Invoicing, Cost estimates, Quality systems, Cross functional support etc.
xxiii. Technical team building with right skills and team growth and development, People management skills and encourages respect and cooperation among cross functional project core teams.
xxiv. Drive schedule compliance across all functions and ensure agreed project milestones are secured which planning, reporting, and Monitoring of resources of the project
xxv. Customer interactions, Delivery, Project (Tools, Reports, Techniques, Methodologies & Practices) and Resource management
xxvi. Assign the work packages to the project team members, Managing overall Engineering operations & Project Management.

Position 3: Software Engineer
No of Positions : 7 to 8
Software engineers is needed in our in house project, for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software developed for CNC Automation. Also, Speed up our design process, productions and improve the efficiency by automating our design process by using latest IT Technologies.
To build this data platform & service ability using cloud service providers we need some specialty skills. The skills we are looking forward will be:
The suitable candidate that we see that fit these requirements would be a person with Software engineering background and have some highly specific specialty skills in the computer & AI algorithms, to help us support building this service platform for our company. We are actively looking for the candidate meeting some of the following few requirements.
i. Candidates with 3-5 years experience in Development of softwares. PLC logic for CNC Machine Tools, Automations.
ii. Capable of developing new softwares for the new products
iii. Complete knowledge of Electrical wiring, selection of Electrical and Electronic components and products required for each new product.
iv. Prove out of softwares, PLC logics on the new products.
v. Good knowledge on safety interlocks to cover TPM points
vi. Use necessary computer tools including: Java/J2EE, Python, Oracle, C, C++, FORTRAN
vii. Web design using HTML, CSS, XML, UI5 , Java script , React, webservices , xml , Node JS, etc.
viii. Development of various software application and scripts to speed of the current process
ix. Development of various graphical flow representation and process
x. Analyze the communications, informational and programming requirements of client’s Software Architecture, Prototyping, Designing, Building Middleware/backend software solutions, recommending alternate solutions, problem solving.
xi. Train clients on the use of software applications and provide troubleshooting and debugging support.
xii. Adapt Scrum/Agile methodology for software development.
xiii. Plan, develop and design business programs and computer systems.
xiv. Understanding and translating the requirements into application and system design. Prepare and maintain Architectural documents. Establishing a good practice of enterprise integration systems
xv. Design, program and implement software applications and packages customized to meet specific client needs, user interfaces and functionality as required by the applications

xxii. Experience in Involving implementation of analytical applications or data manipulation.
xxiii. Be well versed in Cloud artifacts, Cloud native development, SaaS (Software as a Service) , AWS and preferably Google Cloud Platform.
Educational Qualification:
This position requires candidate to hold at least a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science Engineering or equivalent in related field or other similar degree or experience. Such an educational background is required in order to provide the applicant with the theoretical knowledge and hand-on expertise necessary to perform the job duties.
Position 4. CAE Engineer
No of Position 3 to 4 members
- Minimum of 3+ years of industry experience as CAE analyst and specific solver software :Lsdyna, Abaqus, ANSYS, Nastran) usage depending on department specialty area.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience using pre-processor / post-processor tools (ANSA, Hyperworks) for complex geometry level CAE model construction, visualization, and analysis.
- FE Mesh creation, Conduct FEA Simulation analyze System component stresses, deflection, and modal analysis
- Design and optimization of mechanical components, Develop and test prototypes of devices and Provide Engineering Consultancy.
- Solve Technical production problems and difficulties, trouble shooting and process optimizations.
- Post process the results, report preparation and provide design recommendation and guidelines.
